Yes, only dates, eggs and milk. This super quick and healthy 3 ingredient date pudding recipe is ready in 45 minutes start to finish and is a favorite for potlucks and parties.
Serves 4-6 people
10oz Safawi dates (pitted and cut into pieces)
3 large eggs
2 1/4 cup whole milk
1 cup Whipped cream
Toasted almonds for garnish
Preheat the oven to 325 F.
Blend all dates in ½ cup milk until it forms a paste. Then add remaining milk, cream and eggs and blend until forms a nice smooth thick consistency.
Pour mixture in a 9 x 9 inch baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until pudding solidifies.
NOTE : For a more creamier consistency the 2 1/4 cup milk can be replaced with 1 3/4 cup milk and 1/2 cup heavy cream.
